General Assembly

  • Tops glued and pocket screwed to sides, strong backs and face frame
  • Sides & shelves doweled, glued pocket screwed or turnbuckled
  • Drawer gronts screwed to drawer box
  • Strong backs glued and pocket screwed
  • Toe moldings glued stapled or screwed to box
  • Face frames glued and pocket screwed to box

Drawer Construction

  • Drawer front solid wood or ⅝″ melamine where applicable
  • Drawer box ½″ melamine or ½″ baltic birch where applicable
  • Drawer bottoms ¼″ melamine or baltic birch where applicable
  • Drawer guides 16" enamel coated, 75lb ANSI rated, positive stop, bottom mounted for extra support
  • Drawer sides are rabbeted on end to receive front and back
  • Front and backs are glued and nailed to sides with ¼″ bottoms being glued and stapled to all sides, fronts and backs

Table Construction

  • Solid wood skirts and table legs
  • Metal comer brackets with hanger bolt
  • Typical high pressure laminate tops with wood edges attached to skirts with pocket screws
  • Skirts and legs are doweled and pocket screwed
